Search Terms
When a name, location, or other search term is entered into a partner search tool, that request is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Warren County Inmate Population does not store those search terms in its own record system.
Messages
If you email or send a contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to read it, respond, and maintain basic business records. It is not shared outside the organization unless a legal duty requires disclosure.
Automatic Site Data
Basic technical data may be collected when pages load or when visitors move through the site.
- IP address used to connect.
- Browser type and version.
- Device type and operating system.
- Pages viewed and time spent on them.
- Referring website, when one is passed along.
- Date and time stamps.

This site links to jail rosters, sheriff pages, court portals, corrections locators, federal tools, and third-party search providers. After leaving this site, the other website's privacy policy and terms control how that website collects and uses data.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and deliver targeted ads. That tracking is handled by those partners, not by Warren County Inmate Population.

Personal information is not sold as a standalone list. It may be processed or disclosed to the following parties when needed.
